My background

Over the last ten years, I have worked in PR and marketing for various agencies and in-house. After studying for my Television Production degree in London, I was fortunate enough to learn at some of the biggest agencies in the world including Ogilvy Worldwide. My clients were in the technology and energy industries and provided a solid foundation for a career as a writer.

After a few years, I left the bright lights of London for the green Berkshire countryside where I grew up. Here I focused on digital marketing, design and copywriting, getting to grips with in-house life at a geoscience company and well-known appliance manufacturer, Smeg UK.

In 2017, I studied Nutritional Therapy after a life-long curiosity about food and its effect on the mind, body and soul. Following my studies, I took the freelance leap and started my own business.

I now create content for brands in the sectors I love, including the food, nutrition, wellbeing, charity, sustainability and environmental sectors. I am also interested in working with social impact brands that are doing good things for our communities and the wider world.

My happy place is in nature, where I find solace, peace and wisdom. Whether it's hiking into the middle of nowhere or floating downstream on my paddleboard, life feels right when I'm lost in the wild.

I am a firm believer that if you love what you do, you will be successful. As a passionate writer and designer, I am keen to flex my creativity and tell great brand stories. I hope to support fundraising and spread the word about organisations, both large and small, who are working on projects they love too.

This is my story so far and I hope to be a part of yours in the future.
